Due to continued expansion and with a number of exciting installations coming up this year we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Nottingham.
You will be responsible for managing all site-based activities to ensure that our logistical, after-sales and contract management services are exemplar. Achieving maximum client satisfaction by delivering our play and sports areas on time, to the required standards and within budget.
This is an office based role which may require attendance on site on occasion
The Jupiter Play brand is focused on great customer service, team spirit and quality design. It is therefore necessary that you have the ability to manage the sub-contractor network, building positive relationships and monitoring the ongoing quality of work by implementing common operational standards throughout sites.
You will have extensive experience in project management within the construction industry (a Prince2 certification highly desirable), negotiation, logistics, supplier sourcing and management as well as experience of working under CDM regulations. A high level of scrutiny and an eye for detail is an essential part of the role. This position also requires an individual who can assist with technical queries and manage health and safety issues and risk assessments. Experience of working with CAD layout plans and site ground levels is desirable as well as a health and safety qualification such as IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent.)
