The Balancer outdoor gym equipment strengthens the body by training balance and coordination. Balancer consists of 5 pieces in different heights and can be used in various ways according to training level. Start by just walking across, once you master that, you can try jumping across. Jumping with your legs closed, and make sure to control your landing, aiming for the centre of the surface. With Balancer only your imagination is the limit - maybe you can even walk backwards.
