The Combi 3 outdoor gym equipment combines several training stations into one, making it possible to train a wide range of muscles, focusing on cardiovascular functions and balance. Combi 3 can be used by up to three people at once.
Air Walker: Grab the bar and step onto the footpads. Move your legs back and forth, while holding on to the bar to hold your balance. Switch between a fast and a slower pace. Steps ups: Hold on to the side of the Air-Walker, put one foot on the low Stepper and step up. Step down again and repeat with the alternate foot. Perform the exercise in a slow and controlled pace. Make sure to tighten the core and keep the chest high.
