The Triceps Press down utilizes a 2 sided system to offer 2 workouts for 2 different muscle groups. The large non-slip dips down bars are pitched at an optimum workout angle for back arm presses and shoulder shrugs. An ideal machine to help you develop and define chest and triceps muscles.
