“We are delighted to announce these major upgrades to Holland Park Adventure Playground, which will guarantee its future and continued legacy of entertaining generations of children and young people across the borough and beyond. “

Holland Park in Kensington & Chelsea is The Royal Borough’s largest park with 22.5 hectares of gardens, children’s play facilities, sports areas, a cafeteria and large areas of woodland. It has now become one of the most stunning public play areas in London, after being refurbished in 2016. The playground was redesigned to provide a high-quality play experience linking with the woodland surroundings and improve the drainage of the site, which has previously been prone to flooding.

The ‘valley’ of the play space is where Jupiter Play had most of its involvement, here there is a range of Krambamboul equipment for younger age groups including, climbing grames, swings, sand and water play. Holland Park brings together innovation, bespoke play with playable sustainable drainage design to create an inclusive, all-ages and all-weather play landscape that comes alive when it rains. Kra

Holland Park has won and been shortlisted for many awards:

– Principal Award Winner, BALI National Landscape Award, Community and Schools Development, 2020
