The London Borough of Camden serves a population of over 200,000 people and are committed to a reduction in health inequality with a focus on life expectancy in the most deprived areas.
Providing free facilities, such as free outdoor gyms is a key part of delivering that plan and Camden have installed a variety of gym facilities for many years.
As part of the commitment to this programme Camden continually invest in free facilities and our partners Park Leisure were awarded the Camden Gym contract with the Jupiter Play Urbanix range.
It has already made a huge difference to the community, on a recent visit we discovered users had even given up gym memberships as the Urbanix range offers user adjustable resistance – something totally unique to this range.
