“Winsford Town Park has been carefully redesigned with a great deal of thought and consideration for what the people of Winsford would want and need in a modern day public park. The newly refurbished park is something the town and its people can be proud of.”

Winsford Town receives a major revamp, the idea was to create a beautiful space in the centre of town that could be used by the whole community and to breathe new life into the area.

Once inside the park, families can enjoy the new children’s playground. The play area offers children of all ages lots of fun play experiences. At the centre of this playground stands an FHS Varioset Freising multiplay unit and play ship for older children. For younger children, there is a Ladybird and Cricket Springer, Pendulum Swing, Climbing Trunks and much, much more.

With wildlife ponds, thoughtful planting and a very naturalistic palette, it was important that the play area blends well with the natural surroundings. By using FHS Robinia, the playground does sit well with its surroundings, with hints of colour through the flags and springers.
